The Steel Authority of India (SAIL), Bokaro has invited applications for 275 positions. All the eligible candidates for Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee and Operator-cum-Technician Trainee positions should apply in required format on the official website of SAIL, https://www.sail.co.in/.

The total number of positions offered are 275 out of which 95 positions are vacant for Operator-cum-Technician Trainees (S-3) and 10 positions are vacant for Operator-cum-Technicians (Boiler) (S-3). In addition to this, applications are also invited for 121 positions as Attendant-cum-Technician Trainees (AITT) and 49 positions are vacant for Attendant-cum-Technician Trainees (ITI). The last date to apply for these positions is February 18.        

Eligibility

Operator-cum-Technician Trainee (S-3): Candidate should be a matriculate with three years of an engineering diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics or Instrumentation from a recognized institute or university.    

Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler) (S-3):  A matriculate with three years of an engineering diploma in engineering from a recognised institute/university with 1st class certificate in Boiler Competency.

Attendant cum Technician (Trainee): The prospective candidates should be a matriculate and must have passed the all India trade test conducted by NCVT, Govt. of India after completing the stipulated period of training as Trade Apprentices in an Integrated Steel Plant.

Attendant cum Technician (Trainee) – Candidates should have matriculated or should be a class 10 pass with ITI from a recognized Institute as an Electrician, Machinist, Welder, Fitter, or Rigger.
